NEW YORK (VINnews) — Despite the fact that results of the forensic examination of 16 Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, MI revealed systemic inaccuracy in the machines which could affect the results of the entire election, news outlets have refused to air these results. Even Fox News, which has previously identified with President Trump, has yet to allow Attorney Matthew Deperno, who initiated the investigation, to appear on television and present the startling results of the investigation.
In an emergency hearing prior to the Electoral College’s certification of Joe Biden, Deperno was authorized by MI 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer to release and publicize the findings from the forensic examination on the machines, where thousands of votes had allegedly switched from President Trump to Joe Biden on Nov.3rd.
In his lawsuit against Antrim County, Matthew DePerno claimed that based on the evidence they have provided to the court, Dominion Voting Systems “committed material fraud or error in this election so that the outcome of the election was affected.” Deperno’s team of investigators found that the machines were assigned a 68% error rate, allowing 68% of ballots to be adjudicated, meaning that they are collected in a folder and sent elsewhere where the vote can be changed..
Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: “we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Deperno further claimed that the vote flipping was seemingly done through a machine, either by prior programming or during the course of adjudication. He added that the report demonstrates that “this was not done by a couple of interns, as some people have suggested. This is a systematic program designed to generate errors that affect the outcome of the election.”
Deperno also charges that the report shows that in explicit violation of the law, internet and adjudication files were wiped clean on Nov. 4th. “They destroyed election results!—They destroyed election results in a violation of state law,” Deperno says, adding that “they were required to keep these records for two years after the election, and they deleted them!”
“We can’t assign motive to that, but we can speculate.”
Despite the earth-shattering nature of the report’s findings, Deperno has yet to find a television station where he can present these findings. FOX had originally staged an appearance on Dobbs and Hannity for Deperno but this was then cancelled as the network claimed it was covering the coronavirus vaccine instead.
