Isaac Lofler, 54, had parked his van on 39th Street and 12 Ave in Boro Park for a job. A woman complained that his van slightly blocked her driveway, so he told her he would move as soon as she needed to get in or out.
But shortly thereafter, her husband came outside, flew into a rage and slapped Lofler across the face, hard enough to knock him unconcious.
Lofler suffered a bruise near his eye and a cut in his mouth from the incident.
The police were called, but the man quickly took his wife and child and fled the scene, leading to a 2 day hunt up until his arrest on Friday.
Neighbors say that the man is feared in his neighborhood, and is known to fly off the handle anytime anybody goes near his driveway.
According to the NYPD, he will not be charged with a hate crime, as anti-Semitism is not believed to be a factor, but rather his over-sensitivity with people parking near or blocking his driveway.

I hope they lock him up and throw away the key.
I would totally rent a car for a month, and park it right there blocking that illigal driveway. What’s the location where this incident occurred?
For anyone who want to know, the address is 1137-1139 39th St in Brooklyn
Time for Yidden to start defending ourselves and FIGHT BACK. The plumbers I know (goyim) would’ve grabbed a wrench and slugged this bum. End of shanda.
The driveway is as illegal
What is the address of this house
Imagine if someone happened to be masked because of Covid, and wears a hoodie, and happens to accidentally drop a bunch of tire flattening triangle nails in this guy’s driveway.
normally the name of the victim should be withheld and the name of the perp given , in this type of reporting it’s the other way around.
plus they forgot to mention he was arrested and released most likely.
Better than pumbers double parking and totally blocking cars parked legally.
1. I’m not sure if the “driveway” being blocked is the open driveway, or if it’s the gated closed driveway; in which case the plumbing van is blocking it completely. 2. If it’s the open driveway, then it’s not being blocked, if it’s the closed one, no one is trying to get in or out (the gates would be open). 3. If someone is there to move the blocking vehicle, then what’s the harm? If someone needs to drive in or out, the blocking vehicle can move in 30 seconds. 4. FedEx, UPS, plumbers, etc. cannot park legally if there are no empty (large!) spots available; they can’t spend 20 minutes, to find a spot a block away. Imagine a plumber who needs to run a few blocks to find the customer’s problem, and then needs to run back & forth with tools, parts, and fixtures (like a new toilet); or a delivery van from a supermarket, USPS, etc. basically undoable if there is no parking available.
Why block people’s driveway????
