IN VIDEO: The Taliban Revel and Enjoy Weapons Caches Left Over by Biden’s Incompetent and Hasty Exit

(AP/VINnews) The collapse of the Afghan government is the biggest foreign policy crisis of Biden’s young presidency, recalling setbacks for past presidents such as the withdrawal from Vietnam and the botched Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba. The reverberations of the Taliban’s success were startling, endangering Afghan women and girls, posing new security threats and threatening to undercut global views of America’s reliability.

The evacuation received condemnation at home and abroad, with German Chancellor Angela Merkel calling the latest developments “bitter, dramatic and awful.” And security officials warned that Afghanistan would soon provide safe harbor for terrorist groups again.

Biden has argued for more than a decade that Afghanistan was a kind of purgatory for the United States. He found it to be corrupt, addicted to America’s largesse and an unreliable partner that should be made to fend for itself. His goal was to protect Americans from terrorist attacks, not building a country, and his aides have pointed to polling — taken before the chaos of the last week — that shows that a majority of Americans favor bringing troops home.

But that political gamble could prove risky as the scenes of fear and violence from Afghanistan are broadcast around the globe, especially if the chaos in Kabul makes “Saigon look like Disney World,” warned Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., a veteran who served in Afghanistan.

“The bottom line is that there’s going to be a lot of people that are very let down by the United States of America,” Kinzinger said in an interview. “We will inevitably, inevitably be in conflict again somewhere. How are we going to convince those locals that we’re going to follow through when we’ve abandoned those in Afghanistan?”

It takes a democratic president to start appreciating a Republican.

Meanwhile here at home god forbid we exercise our 2nd amendment, but ok to use tax dollars to provide state of the art weaponry for the Taliban.

And maybe the Trump admin made a deal with the Taliban since they knew the Afghans were weak.

The RNC Republican National Committee removed all the Trump speeches and tweets about him bragging about his ‘deal’ with the Taliban to have USA leave in May 1, 2021. Google it, buchers…

  stop left wing conspiracies

Let me tell you something else. A smart president would go back now. We should be sending bombers now to ruin their victory celebrations. We can shock and shame them now. Let’s go back in and set up a base in a Kabul. They can stay in the mountainous region. Now is the time before they start setting up a stronger defense. And before they enable al qeda to attack us again. The next 9-11 won’t be pretty.

And blame bush ? Sure Iraq was a botch but Afghanistan?

The buck stops at the last guy who pulled the final trigger. That’s Biden
No blaming Trump period.

For the sake of keeping it honest let’s deal with the facts, Trump made a “peace deal” with the Taliban. Trump released 5,000 Taliban prisoners. Pompeo posed proudly with the leader of the Taliban. Trump cut out the Afghan government from any talks and negotiations. Trump cut the US presence down to a mere 2,500 soldiers. The British Defense Chief put the blame for the collapse of the Afghan government squarely on Trump.

Biden tried to arm the Afghan Army to fight and when the Afghan army failed to fight the weapons fell into Taliban hands. Had Biden not provided the Afghan army with advanced weaponry that Afghan leaders requested the hypocritical conservative punditry would blame Biden for the collapse of the Afghan army.

All in all the US is in control of the airport and is successfully evacuated thousands of people. What looks chaotic one day may prove prudent in the future,
