BD”H so many tragedies in the year and it just won’t stop. HaShem YeRacheim!!
BD”E, sadly that entire area in Williamsburg is busier than Times Square. Between the pedestrians, bikes, cars, trucks, school buses, construction all over, the area is a madhouse especially during rush hour and that’s putting it mildly. Very sad.
Strong measures need to be taken ASAP to protect pedestrians and others not in dangerous motor vehicles from them. Especially from deadly large trucks, SUV’s, etc., whose drivers are seated high above the ground, whose field of vision is more limited, making it harder for them to see people at ground level. Statistics show that such vehicles are more dangerous than others.
How many korbanos do there need to be ח”ו before people wake up?
