PARIS (AP) — A far-right former TV pundit with multiple hate-speech convictions officially entered the race for France’s presidency on Tuesday and warned his supporters that they will likely be called racists for backing his anti-immigration and anti-Islam views.

The launch of Eric Zemmour’s run for the presidency made official a campaign that had been gathering steam for months before it then stumbled of late — notably after the 63-year-old polemist raised a middle finger at a woman who did likewise to him over the weekend.

That flash of temper — which Zemmour later acknowledged on Twitter was “very inelegant” — cast fresh doubt on the temperament and electability of the author and former journalist. Zemmour has drawn comparisons in France to former U.S. President Donald Trump because of his rabble-rousing populism and ambitions of making the jump from the small screen to national leadership.

Name-dropping Joan of Arc, Napoléon Bonaparte and Gen. Charles de Gaulle, Zemmour announced his candidacy in a pre-recorded video, reading from notes and speaking into a large microphone. The pose evoked imagery of radio addresses that De Gaulle famously delivered during World War II as he urged France to rally to his call against Nazi Germany.

Already assailed by critics for his divisive views of France as a country mortally threatened by immigration and for his infamously sharp tongue, Zemmour warned supporters to brace for a bruising campaign ahead of the April election.

“They will tell you that you are racist,” he said. “They will say the worst things about me,”

Zemmour joins a crowded spectrum of candidates, from far left to far right. President Emmanuel Macron is expected to seek a second term but hasn’t yet declared his candidacy.

Nazis were socialist

Nazis and Fascists are a leftist phenomena.
Nazis were a socialist workers party, complete with red flags, May 1st celebrations, and fighting the other “heretical” socialist flavors exactly as every other socialist fanatics do. Additionally, Hitler would have never been elected in 1933, had the German communist party not thrown its votes for him, obviously as per their Comintern’s bosses who in turn were micromanaged by Stalin.
Mussolini’s father was an enthusiastic socialist who named his son Benito after Benito Juarez the famous mexican socialist, and his middle names were to honor the Italian socialists Andrea Costa and Amilcare Cipriani. Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini himself was an active socialist politician and journalist, until his socialist philosophy evolved into another socialist flavor of the day, which he named “fascism”. This new socialism flavor named fascism and Mussolini himself found admiration from the American Progressives back in the 1920’s and early 1930’s, until Mussolini became unpopular with his Ethiopian campaign.
The eugenics movement leaders in the US were the ones who promoted legalized abortion. The same eugenics philosophy was adopted by the german nazis.
FDR was a major sonei Yisroel. FDR made sure that there was a maximum number of Jews murdered in the Holocaust. Only ignoramuses think that FDR was a friend to our people.
KKK was provided political cover by the Democratic Party, and KKK was basically a militant wing of the Democratic Party. The same Democratic Party disposed of KKK when it became too soft, and currently is supporting the black racist militants named BLM and Antifa.
Basically, any honorable Jewish politician will never subscribe to the leftist camp. Eric Zemmour’s political convictions align with political interests of our people.

Far right ? Anyone that defends his nation and it’s borders against illegal infestation today is a racist bigot. Hmmm thought that’s what national pride and patriotism is about.

This guy is both a Jew and a nut. So should people vote for the Jew or not vote for the nut?

This neo-nazi ‘Jew’ is the real crisis, not cell phones and mixed dancing. Talk about mocking the Torah. How about mocking the 6 million martyrs?
