As reported in the Times of Israel, Professor Shmuel Shapiro called the decision “pathetic”, said Pfizer’s vaccine is “mediocre” and the company developed it “to rake in billions”, and said there are “more prominent Israeli scientists” qualified to receive the award.
Speaking in reference to Bourla, Shapiro, the former head of the Defense Ministry’s Israel Institute for Biological Research (IIBR) said: “He’s the CEO of a company that did not do this from the goodness of their heart, but merely to rake in billions. It is a mediocre vaccine — I was vaccinated three times and got sick. A lot of people got infected after they were vaccinated. Calling the vaccine moderately effective is pretty generous.”
He added, “There are other vaccines that are far more effective. There are countries with lower vaccination rates that bore [the pandemic] just fine,” he said.
Shapiro is the former head developer of Israel’s experimental coronavirus vaccine. Last May, Shapira stepped down from the directorship of the Biological Institute.
It’s always been about money. If it would be up Pfizer they jab all the rats & cockroaches on the govt tab…who knows? Maybe this would end their infestation.
He is right, it is shameful to give this Leech another million in the name of “Good deeds” but the genesis prize is a joke anyway
Sour grapes not worth talking about
For the last time, the mRNA vaccine can not keep you from getting infected. The hope is that it built enough immunity in your body to protect you from extreme illness. This sounds like sour grapes.
This person should guard his tongue, as anti-semites have been saying that same thing, and will quote him to further their cause; also, this is an example of sour grapes. No vaccine is 100% effective.
‘Is Mr. Shapiro from Israel’s ‘vaccine’ any less of a bioweapon with diabolical intent than Bourla’s death shot?
