BORO PARK (VINnews) — A Jewish man was fatally struck by a sanitation vehicle on Thursday morning.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:40 AM on Thursday morning.
According to reports, the man was riding a bicycle on 9th Ave between 37th Street and 38th Street, when he was struck by the vehicle which was driving in the same direction as him.
He was transported to Maimonides Hospital, but was ultimately pronounced deceased.
The victim has been identified as Eric Salitsky.
Police are working to identify the driver who fled the scene.

Shouldn’t be easy to verify since you’re talking about twenty sanitation trucks in a garage and most of them WEREN’T at that location at that time, so by using the process of elimination this can be ascertained !!!
