After defending his policies, Biden said, “We have not been able to communicate in a way that is um um…” Then he drifted off and said “Let me say it another way.”
Jimmy Kimmel responded “Well see that’s perfect, you could not communicate it”, appearing to poke fun at Biden for not being able to communicate. Soon after, Kimmel went to commercial break.
This was Biden’s first interview in more than 100 days.
Despite the fact that it was a COMEDIAN lobbing softballs, Biden could not get through the appearance without stammering, drifting off, and rambling incoherently.
No, hes not rambling. That’s just his normal way of speaking.

Once upon a time, before the advent of color television, bi-racial commercials were only able to focus on the black and white races because television was black and white. However, with the arrival of color television, commercials can now show us people of various colors – black, white, brown, yellow, red – you name it!
We are definitely living in a wonderous era, full of color and diversity. I can’t wait to see what the next great technological breakthrough will be. Maybe a machine that sends messages back and forth, by simply copying the image of the message and sending it via a machine, without having to type it, and without the need to send it via the US Postal service. That would really be something. Or maybe a platform where you can post messages for all the world to see via a screen that is connected to a wire or a cable. Wow! Can’t wait!
He made perfect sense, and I’m not a Biden fan. He said journalism is sensationalist and click-driven. (like the headline of this article!) I don’t like democrat policies but he is not off-base here.

I had no trouble understanding what he was trying to say. Probably one of those things where the less intelligent you are the harder it is to understand loosely structured communication.
