Biden AGAIN Says High Gas Prices Can Be “Good” for Climate Policy

DELAWARE (Yaakov M / VINnews) It appears that President Biden was serious last month when he said that high gas prices are a chance for an “incredible transition” to be less reliant on fossil fuels.

Biden repeated the same thing Monday, reaffirming the belief that he is destroying the economy on purpose.

In other words, skyrocketing gas prices are not due to Biden’s incompetence, but rather intentional, as he panders to the radical left who wants to eliminate big oil and natural gas.

Back in May Biden told reporters, “When it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an INCREDIBLE transition… And, G-d willing, when it’s over we’ll be less reliant on fossil fuels.”

It was no fluke.

On Monday Biden suggested that high gas prices will be a “good” opportunity to make a “fundamental turn” to clean energy.

According to a recent survey by the Trafalgar Group, 53% of voters believe that Biden is intentionally driving up gas prices.

Right now Americans are struggling to pay monthly bills. Filling up a tank of gas is more expensive than ever. Most experts say a recession is imminent.

Yet Biden stays laser-focused on (what he considers) “positive” news. It all seems a bit too cushy.

Especially when you consider that many economists, including Democrats, warned that Biden’s policies would lead to massive inflation. It’s hard to believe this was all a big mistake.

“My dear mother used to have an expression: out of everything lousy, something good will happen if you look hard enough for it. We have a chance to make a fundamental turn toward renewable energy, electric vehicles, and not just electric vehicles but across the board,” Biden said.

Biden was right about one thing. His presidency is definitely “lousy.”

Shortly before then-President Obama appointed Steven Chu to be his Energy Secretary, Mr. Chu was quoted as saying, “Somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe,” which were, at the time, about $8 a gallon. Obama, himself, once opined that a “gradual” increase in the price of gasoline was not a bad thing. Apparently, Biden is of the same mindset.

Bidens first move as president was to limit drilling on federal lands and shut the oil pipeline
He undid Trumps oil independence which allowed us to be less dependent on volatile foreign markets
Now he blames the war
Thats like my kid not studying for a test and the next day wakes up with a cold and blames his poor grade on the cold.

Yeah this comes after his cheap shot against big oil. When the chevron ceo pointed out how big oil is doing all they can and spent a ton this year, he had no response. The ceo said he needs Washingtons help vs being compative. They are having a meeting this week with Biden’s advisors but not Biden. If gas isn’t one of the number one issues now then what is ? Where is Biden? We guess bold actions.
And please don’t lie and tell me other countries have it high to. Beautiful but we are the USA we can do better with the right proactive leadership

I don’t know why you even bother with the videos that in no way support the conclusions you make. Might was well just go straight to lying without wasting your time to make it look like you based the lies on something.
