FLASHBACK: Biden Destroys the US Oil Industry First Day in Office with Executive Orders, Now he Blames Putin for High Prices

WASHINGTON (VINnews) — After Joe Biden was sworn into office, his administration immediately began undoing his Trump’s successful policies. None could be more damaging then his executive order to  revoke permits for the Keystone XL Pipeline and his moratorium on oil and gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, moves hailed by environmental and indigenous activists.

Biden revoked the presidential permit for the $8 billion Keystone XL pipeline that would have transported fossil fuels from Canada across the United States — a project climate activists have protested for years. The order also directed federal agencies to start reversing and revising other Trump administration rules, including restoring protections and banning drilling in several national parks and national monuments and setting stricter emissions and fuel economy standards for vehicles.

“Killing 10,000 jobs and taking $2.2 billion in payroll out of workers’ pockets is not what Americans need or want right now,” Andy Black, president and CEO of the Association of Oil Pipelines, said at the time.

It gets even sadder.

More than 5 million barrels of oil that were part of a historic U.S. emergency reserves release to lower domestic fuel prices were exported to Europe and Asia last month, according to data and sources, even as U.S. gasoline and diesel prices hit record highs.

The export of crude and fuel is blunting the impact of the moves by U.S. President Joe Biden to lower record pump prices. Biden on Saturday renewed a call for gasoline suppliers to cut their prices, drawing criticism from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

Yet Biden blames Putin for the high oil prices. Truth is always stranger than fiction.

No no no. Jan 6th is what caused the price of gas, eggs, & milk to skyrocket. As soon as Trump is thrown in prison, everything will revert back to normal. As an added benefit, all systemic racism will end.

Drill baby drill. You say but hey even if he does more now it takes time and won’t increase supply. Listen man its all about speculation. Its never about today. This why oil is now at $100 vs $120. Did supply and demand change? no but future demand expectations chnaged. All we have to do is affect the future and that brings prices down now. Lets do it and get to work

Treasonous. Where’s a commission ?
The satanic democrats are destroying the US hour by hour. Cities , states , institutions , free speech – all gone. The jealous dirtbags still trying to separate the people from Trump- that’s the whole strategy.

When asked by a reporter today how he can blame Vladimir Putin for high gas prices, when he himself destroyed the US Oil Industry on his first day in office, President Biden, reportedly told make believe sources: “What’s so difficult to understand? Two wrongs don’t right a wrong! Just because I’m wrong, doesn’t mean Putin’s right!”Biden added: “Besides, I never physically invaded the Keystone XL Pipeline or the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. I simply blocked them from producing oil. Putin, on the other hand, sent his troops to invade Ukraine, forcing me to cut off the Russian oil supply, causing the price of oil to skyrocket! Come on, man! What’s so difficult to understand?!”
“Now, stop invading my privacy!” Biden added, “I’m President, and I have the right to reduce the US oil supply, which, by the way, is filled with heart clogging saturated fats.”

Gasoline prices have jumped higher in Europe. How do you think Biden managed that?

FACT:

There is more oil in the US then can be refined, therefore much oil is shipped abroad.

Refining capacity is at a Million barrels per day less then pre covid. When the supply glut hit the industry, they retired many old infrastructure, and they have not recuperated.

Can anyone find me any policy Biden enacted that created the deficiency in refining capacity? (Keystone XL was supposed to bring in raw crude, something that’s not rare in the US. Crude oil sold abroad is due to not enough refining capacity)

So sad, how people have monochromatic minds. They can’t handle complicated cheshbonos.

But no worries, Tucker Carlson agrees. You really want to check your position when it coincides with that of nutjobs like Carlson
