To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to our attention that misinformation has been circulating calling into
question the kosher status of the Fair Lawn Chinese Kosher Express.
We wish to inform the Jewish community that the principal owner of the Fair
Lawn Chinese Kosher Express is Mr. Jay Hirschorn, a local Orthodox Jew who
has been an integral part of our community for decades. We trust him and know
him to be a man of integrity. Furthermore, the Fair Lawn Chinese Kosher Express
is under the strict supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County
(RCBC).
The Fair Lawn Chinese Kosher Express is unaffiliated with the Manalapan
Kosher Chinese that closed recently, and any claims to the contrary are
unfounded and should be disregarded.

Doesn’t he own J’s Big Gym too? Load up on egg foo young and then load up the squat bar, man deserves shishi every Shabbos.
Message from above: “stop eating bishul akum, your loopholes with lighting the fire are nonsense without a mashgiach tamidi”
Good thing they wrote it in English and not in Chinese.

Isn’t this place owned by a Eino Yehudi and is it not the same issue as in Manalapan which is a serious problem?
