JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Twitter owner Elon Musk has complimented Israel’s official Twitter account after it tweeted mockingly: “We would very much like to be excluded from this narrative,” in response to Kanye West’s tweet saying “Shalom : )”.

The frosty Israeli response to West’s return to social media reminded him that using Hebrew could not condone his anti-semitic diatribes published over the last month.

Musk commented on the Israeli tweet, “Your tweets are good! More countries should tweet like this. No fun being all stuffy.”

In response to a user inviting him to visit Israel, Musk said that he has been to Israel in the past and that “it was great.”

The Israeli reposte mimicked a response made by Taylor Swift to Kanye West in 2009 after he strode on stage while the then-19-year-old Swift was receiving MTV’s award for Best Female Video for the video of “You Belong With Me”. West took the microphone and said “Taylor, I’m really happy for you, I’mma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all time!”.

After a conversation between West and Swift was leaked online, Swift noted that she “would very much like to be excluded from this narrative.”
