NEW YORK CITY (VINnews) — A woke Manhattan judge released one of the two men who plotted to attack New York City shuls and murder Jews, overriding prosecutors who requested he be held without bail.

Assistant DA Edward Burns argued that disturbing new facts which surfaced about Matthew Mahrer, 22, were enough to keep him in jail, even after his family paid $150,000 in bail on Nov. 21.
However Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Neil Ross sided with the defense, but warned that Mahrer must appear in court — or his family will forfeit the bail money.
“Make sure you understand that this is the most important obligation that you’ve had in your life,” the judge warned.
Mahrer was later spotted casually puffing a vape and smirking — as he strolled free in Manhattan. (Apparently he was not shaking in his boots, even after the judge’s stern warning.)
Prior to his arrest, Mahrer had been sending a jailed convict, who was locked up for 3 1/2 years, for criminal possession of a weapon, payments for the gun he planned to use in the attacks, the prosecutor said.
In addition, Maher, according to his lawyer — had bought a bulletproof vest before he and accomplice Chritopher Brown were caught carrying weapons and a Nazi armband linked to the plot.
Police seized a loaded handgun with an extended magazine and a bulletproof vest that Mahrer and Brown allegedly planned to use in an attack on shuls.
Both were hit with multiple charges, including conspiracy, and criminal possession of a weapon. Brown also faces terrorism and hate crime charges.

With judges like this CHOLERA, we the PEOPLE are being pushed to go out and buy weapons to defend our famalies since the political ecehlon in NYC, NYS are FAILING MISERABLY in their most basic responsibility of PROTECTING HER LAW ABIDING CITIZENS from the criminal element.

It’s time to realize that the judiciary in this country has for the most part gone mad. Even judges appointed by conservative politicians have been swept up by the WOKE craze or are cowards. After destroying the Democrats , revamp the toxic judiciary . I don’t know how but it should be a conversation to get ideas.

Who decided the Judge was “woke” or “liberal”? Letting the suspect go is a bad idea and no one likes the new “no bail” law, but how about balanced reporting, Yaacov.
