FLATBUSH (VINnews) — The NYPD has arrested a suspect in the murder of 30-year-old Nissan Shalom.

As previously reported by VINnews, Shalom was stabbed to death on Tuesday Jan 10, in front of Kaché Restaurant and Lounge on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn.
According to reports, police have arrested 34-year-old Brooklyn resident Ansel Payano in connection with the murder.
According to the NYPD, there is no current evidence of anti-Semtism being a factor in the murder.
He was just released on his own recognizance – thanks to cashless bail!
According to the reports, it seems there was some back and forth. Some disagreement. Some argument. We weren’t there so we don’t know the exact details. This wasn’t some hit and run coming out of nowhere. Whatever happened between the two, IT DOESN’T WARRANT MURDER!!!
