OPINION: Thank You Chaya Raichik for Meeting Trump, the Most Pro-Jewish President Ever

NEW YORK (Yaakov M / VINnews) — Chaya Raichik, aka Libs of TikTok, shared a (kosher) meal with President Trump at Mar-a-lago, and posted a photo on her personal Twitter account, praising Trump as a nice person.

In response, an Orthodox Jewish social worker (let’s call him “G”) who is vocal on Twitter (with whom I frequently agree) viciously insulted Ms. Raichik, calling her an “embarrassment to the Jewish nation”. He also falsely claimed that Trump’s last dinner guest was a Nazi. (He was likely referencing a dinner back in December with Neo-Nazi Nick Fuentes.)

There is almost no way that meeting ANY former president of the US could ever be a bad thing, let alone an embarrassment–even if he did not support Jews.

In Trump’s case, he was the most ardent, pro-Jewish, pro-Israel president we’ve ever had. Don’t we owe him hakaras hatov? This is about more than “culture war points.” Trump may even become president again, and it would be wise for Jews to stay on his good side.

I wonder if G would say the same thing if Ms. Raichik met with Barack Obama, who hung out with Farrakhan? Or Nancy Pelosi, who allowed Ilhan Omar to sit on the House Foreign Affairs Committee?

Or does only Trump get banned because of a one-time meeting with a really bad guy who Trump insists he never heard of?

One dinner meeting, no matter how egregious, in no way changes Trump’s consistent, steadfast, unwavering support for the Jewish nation that Ms. Raichik supposedly “embarrassed”.

Trump recently spoke at a Torah U’Mesorah conference and reaffirmed his love of the Jewish people. He received multiple sustained standing ovations from the large crowd. Right after that, he condemned and denounced Nick “Neo-Nazi” Fuentes while speaking with a reporter, and reiterated that he’d never heard of him until Kanye West brought him to dinner.

Some may feel that is weak, but it certainly is a valid defense, and confirms that he remains a staunch supporter of Jews.

Trump moved the Israel embassy, unlike Clinton, Bush, and Obama, all of whom promised to do but failed to deliver. He brokered the Abraham Accords, released Shalom Rubashkin, defunded the Palestinians, and pulled out of the Iran nuke deal.

As a reward, he has gotten nothing but grief. 75% of American Jews despise Trump and have zero gratitude.

More broadly, it is time for us to recognize that Ms. Raichik is providing a huge service by calling out really sick people and fighting against society’s decrepit moral fabric. Kids are getting brainwashed by parents and teachers to think they are a different gender and being irreversibly mutilated by doctors.

She is protecting innocent children from abuse, trauma, immorality, and worse, at great peril to herself and her family. I don’t see many others calling out the unthinkable behavior which has become almost the norm in schools, libraries, on television, and in family establishments.

She has been targeted by leftists, called a “terrorist” on a daily basis, and receives constant death threats.

If one disagrees with her methods, you have every right to do so respectfully, while recognizing her sincere and lofty motives. However it seems many people, including some orthodox Jews, feel Ms. Raichik is malicious and harmful, when in fact her intentions and mission are praiseworthy.

Recently, a well-known Orthodox Jewish personality praised Governor Ron DeSantis for offering Ms. Raichik protective shelter after her identity was revealed by leftist Taylor Lorenz.

This individual was brutally attacked on social media, accused of being an anti-LGBTQ extremist, and called vicious names. He did not even claim to support her, however the mere hint of condoning her behavior set off a firestorm, including among some Orthodox Jews.

I was admittedly shocked. When people do things privately, no matter how sinful, Orthodox Jews, including Ms. Raichik, stay silent. Chaya is not condemning LGBTQ people for what they do privately. She is exposing immoral teachers, librarians, politicians, and others who have direct contact with and influence children in a public setting.

She is protecting kids, and they call her a terrorist. Pretty twisted.

I’m reluctant to compare this to stories brought in Tanach, because we generally have no perspective or right to compare one story to another, however this is certainly reminiscent of behavior which the Torah describes as abhorrent, and resulted in severe punishment.

Right now there is an epidemic of immorality, with schools and educators indoctrinating youth and framing it as a good deed. If we rightfully attack it, they twist things around and accuse us of being intolerant, hateful, and bigoted.

And this culture of immorality is not only impacting non-Jewish society, but seeping into our own communities. To act like she is the bad guy is incomprehensible.

I’m not saying that you need to agree with everything that Ms. Raichik does. However I don’t know how anyone could view her perspective negatively. And personally insulting her for dining with Trump is inexplicable.

The bad guys are the ones grooming children and posting videos of it on TikTok. Chaya Raichik is one of the good guys, and she deserves to be recognized as such.

Pro-Jewish? He said there were good people on both sides in the rally where people carried torches and shouted Nazi slogans, plus ran down one of the protesters who opposed them.

Delusional people support this beast.
