NEW YORK (VINnews) — On Tuesday, longtime activist Dov Hikind, founder of Americans Against Antisemitism, appeared on Newsmax TV to discuss the threat by NYC Comptroller Brad Lander to pull millions in funding from YU, over its religious beliefs.
Hikind said, “Yeshiva University is a religious institution. What happened to respective religious rights? Why would you want to shove things down the throats of the people in Yeshiva University?”
He continued, “For the radical progressives, the Democrats…they know what the right way is, and if you don’t follow their path, you are the enemy.”
He concluded, “And that’s very dangerous for the United States of America.”
