WASHINGTON (VINnews) — Former CDC Director Robert Redfield testified on Wednesday that Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Frances Collins excluded him from discussions about the origins of Covid-19.

At a House subcommittee hearing, the former Trump official testified that there is strong evidence that Covid leaked from a lab, and that belief did not jibe with the narrative pushed by NIH leaders Fauci and Collins that the virus had natural origins. Redfield called the Fauci narrative “antithetical to science.”
“It was told to me that they wanted a single narrative and then I obviously had a different point of view,” Redfield testified.
Fauci called Redfield’s claims “completely untrue.”
“No one excluded anyone,” he told POLITICO. “And the idea of saying that he was not wanted there because he had a different opinion … there were several people on the call who had the opinion that it might have been an engineered virus,” said Fauci.

Collins did not immediately respond to an inquiry from POLITICO.
Redfield said he was not informed about a conference call with Fauci and Jeremy Farrar, a U.K. scientist, as well as other conversations that led to an article being published in Nature, claiming that the virus did not come from a lab.
Fauci said he was not involved in the writing of that article.
Redfield testified that he was unaware that the call took place until government emails were obtained by outside sources.
“I didn’t know I was excluded,” he said. “I didn’t know there was a February 1st conference call until the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) came out with the emails, and I was quite upset as the CDC director that I was excluded. They came up with a single narrative which I will argue is antithetical to science.”
What a strange little creature Fauci is.
He is 100% right.
Fauci is running a propaganda initiative. He is burying the truth intentionally.
There is no doubt that CV came from the lab. You don’t need scientists and investigators to know that. CV originated in a village in China. It is one of the few locations in the whole world that CV was being lab engineered.
CV also had no previous natural presentation there whatsoever in any permutation of any kind. Nor has there ever been anywhere any other variation of CV remotely similar to that one.
Ergo, the CV strain was engineered in thàt lab. The infection initiated there due to an accident or some nefarious intent. Either way, added safety measures need to be implemented to prevent this from recurring. If caused by nefarious actors, then they need to be dealt with accordingly.
And as long as our government and others ignore what caused the whole world to get infected they are endangering everyone.
The prime responsibility of the NIH etc is ensuring safety. And clearly they are more concerned with crafting a narrativeother than the truth. And as a result they are neglecting addressing the necessary safety measures that need to be taken. They are doing this to ensure people do not question their false origin narrative.
Of course they shouldn’t have been engineering any dangerous viruses in the first place. And the virus engineering that created CV was directly sponsored with Fauci directed government funds. So the very man who is to blame for it’s development, is leading the investigation into it’s origins.
Fauci is promoting a narrative and conclusion he knows to be false, all to hide how he is personally at fault, and prevent it from becoming apparent that his nefarious disregard for public safety caused a pandemic, the shutdown of global operations, and the death of millions of people.
And meanwhile the necessity to implement measures to prevent this from happening again (such as ending the engineering of dangerous viruses, and ensuring greater safety measures at labs developing cures for existing viruses),these are being neglected..

When will the Fauci’s that are hiding the facts around Lyme disease be exposed, and those called ‘quack Dr.’ be vindicated.
One day the truth will come out and everyone responsible will be dealt with accordingly. As far as this guy is concerned I don’t see how he has any more credibility than Fauci himself. He seems to have plenty of axe to grind and there could be a million reasons why he wasn’t on that call.

Not really. More conjecture.

That was proven early in the pandemic. The virus did not have the characteristics of a bioengineered virus. However, that is not incompatible with a natural virus escaping from a lab.
In any case, none of this really matters. What does matter is to keep people alive, and that means getting more people vaccinated and getting more and better treatments.
