All kosher food vendors in Yankees Stadium are being taken over by PKS (Prime Kosher Sports).
As Dani Klein reported on his kosher food blog, for years, Yankee fans have believed that the only thing superior about the Mets over the Yankees was not their players (sorry Jeff and Pete), but their kosher food offerings. (To be sure, many Mets fans beg to differ.)
Now PKS is taking over all 4 kosher stands at Yankee Stadium for the 2023 season, taking over the stands from “Strikly Kosher” which has been operating at the stadium for over 20 years..
Starting with opening day on Thursday, March 30th, 2023, Jewish (and non-Jewish) fans can enjoy potential menu items including hot dogs, sausages, deli sandwiches, and BBQ Brisket sandwiches.
PKS opened in 2015 at Brooklyn Cyclones games in Coney Island. Now they have kosher stands and eateries throughout NYC , including Maimonides Park (Brooklyn Cyclones); Citi Field; Yankee Stadium; USTA National Tennis Center; Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
The business also operated PKS By the Shore, a full sit-down eatery in Deal, NJ by the Jersey Shore. PKS kosher stands at Yankee Stadium can be found in sections: 112, 214, 229, and 323.
The establishment is kosher-certified by Chof-K.
Let’s go Mets.
So $10 hot dogs?
The Yankee Stadium in the picture was demolished in the late 2000’s.
