According to initial reports, terrorists shot at their post from a passing vehicle and fled the scene.

The two soldiers are yeshiva students at the Sderot Hesder yeshiva: Eilon ben Naama and Uri ben Zohar.

Dr. Oshrat Founo, deputy director of Beilinson hospital, said that the injured soldiers suffered gunshot wounds in their chest. “One is in moderate condition, the other is in serious condition but both are stable and there is no danger to their lives.”

IDF forces launched a manhunt to locate the terrorists. This is the third terrorist shooting attack in Huwara in the last month. In February, two brothers, Hallel and Yagel Yaniv, were murdered in a shooting attack in Huwara. This past Sunday, David Stern was seriously wounded in another shooting attack as he drove with his wife through Huwara.

Likud MK Danny Danon called for the closure of the shops on Huwara’s main road following the latest attack. “A third attack at the same place in Huwara. There is only one solution! Until the bypass road is opened, the shops on the main road of the village must be closed and the route hermetically secured. The blood of our citizens is not free!”

Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan said that “This seems like lawlessness, three shooting attacks in the same few meters on a major artery in Huwara. The writing is already bleeding on the wall. I call on the prime minister, defense minister and all the ministers to restore the roadblocks in the region, close the stores in Huwara to prevent the traffic jams which caused the previous two attacks and to initiate a military operation to confiscate the terrorist weapons and restore the deterrent.”

Burn it down. It has no right to exist. Transfer all residents to Gaza. Then bulldoze it down and repopulate with Jews. The only way. Kahane was right.
