WASHINGTON (VINnews) — Chaya Raichik, the Orthodox Jewish creator of Libs of TikTok, was reportedly ‘defamed’ by socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and she is not taking it lightly.

During a Congressional hearing in February, AOC slammed Libs of TikTok for sharing videos about Boston Children’s Hospital’s gender transition procedures for minors. The radical leftist alleged that Raichik posted a “lie” that was “circulated by other prominent far-right influencers” and that the information led to “real life harassment and ultimately a bomb threat” to Boston Children’s Hospital.
On Friday, Raichik filmed herself inside Congressional offices approaching AOC’s office. She knocked on the door and a staffer said Cortez was not in, and to “give me one second.”

After a few moments, Raichik said to the camera “I don’t think we’re going to get to talk to her…I don’t know if she’s in or not, but I think that that door slams where it’s really telling. So I don’t think they want to talk to us.”
Raichik left a message on a sticky note posted outside the office, asking AOC not to “lie about American citizens.”
On “Tucker Carlson Tonight”, Raichik discussed the attempted encounter, saying she was not surprised.
“I absolutely had no expectations for her to own up to it. I went to her office, and I was ready to sit down with her and get to the bottom of this and explain it. And I don’t know if she was in the office or not, but I know she cowered away,” she said.
“I don’t think she would ever face me or ever have a discussion about it. But I as an American citizen — I don’t appreciate being defamed in front of millions of people. So I wanted to confront her, and she cowered.”
Following the broadcast, Raichik tweeted: “Btw this isn’t over. I’m not gonna stand for a member of Congress using her position of power to defame and lie about me. Stay tuned! 👀”
I’m sorry, I’ve listened to her speak, and mostly she is barely coherent. She is leftist with a twist — she is too dumb to grasp what she is talking about.

University attendance is not an indicator of intelligence. Nowadays, anybody with halfway decent grades and the willingness to take on an exorbitant amount of debt attends college. That being said, AOC is horribly ignorant on socialism and the negative effects of environmental activism on her constituents. When she speaks, she’s incoherent and comes across as a shrill woman-child. Not to mention, AOC is incredibly corrupt: the REAL reason she doesn’t want tiktok banned is that the Latino Caucus (which she is a member of) received a lot of funding from bytedance (the parent company of tiktok). It seems that you’re so enamored with the ideology she espouses that you’re willing to ignore the plain old truth.
The fact that she may be more educated or intelligent than boebert means nothing. Why would you try to convince us it does?

I agree. Shes really articulate. Thats why she is so powerful and dangerous and everyone is scared of her. Her views are not good though…
I agree she is very articulate however, her points are not well thought out. Raising minimum wage will always increase inflation and cause workers to lose jobs and shutter businesses. The corporations that she hates so much will just get larger due to those policies. Chasing out Amazon because she was vocal about tax breaks hurt the neighborhood especially small businesses. Taxing the wealthy to unsustainable levels will only cause them to leave because as the NY Post wrote “that’s what f%$% you money means” https://nypost.com/2023/03/25/the-real-reason-why-palm-beach-is-booming/. Again, this hurts the small guys who have no choice but to stay. Her policies were proven over and over again as failures in other countries. Capitalism is not perfect but I’d rather live in the USA as proven by the surge of migration of people running from failed socialist countries.
Finally, when living in the Bronx she lived in an all cash paid for apartment her parents owned. Not bad for immigrants from Puerto Rico who chose to leave family etc to live the American Dream.
She hasn’t got a clue most of the time. She cries about children in cages, then denies they were brought in by Obama. Then Biden uses them as well and she denies. She throws claims around like an idiot without having a clue of the truth.

I tried. She consistently fails to make a point or speak truth. She articulates narratives and talking points, but even the most superficial interview catches her dumb. In these days where anything happens, we have a dumber-than-rock member of Congress, and a sadly demented politician-puppet in the WH. The addition of these two brain dead humanoids still doesn’t leave you with a cumulative IQ beyond single digits.
There have been dozens of fact-checks on statements she has made, and, by now, even many democrats know not to trust her anymore
Also, I’m not sure what you opinion on Israel is, as vin attracts a wide variety of viewers, but this woman has repeatedly lied about basic Israeli policies such as checkpoints, evictions, etc…. You really gotta go out and educate yourself.
