Jewish teacher yells at kids who drew swastikas, gets charged with terror. That’s messed up.

NEW YORK (Yaakov M / VINnews) — Last week, a student in a Wisconsin middle school was caught drawing swastikas during class. In response, the Jewish teacher who caught him allegedly became upset, a reaction which seems pretty understandable.

There is no indication that the student was suspended, punished, or reprimanded. However the teacher was suspended by the school and placed under arrest, charged with two felonies.

This is the latest example of society condoning the bad guys, while punishing those who defend the innocent good guys.

Did the teacher go too far? Perhaps. Should he be hit with terrorist charges? Definitely not.

According to reports, he threatened students with violence, and mentioned that he owns 17 guns (assuming the allegations by parents are true). He was clearly triggered, and we have no right to judge his behavior until the facts come to light.

But the kids did something terrible. Maybe they are too young to know better, but drawing swastikas does not happen in a bubble. Kids don’t wake up one morning and draw hate symbols.

Somebody is responsible, likely the parents, and they should be held accountable in some way. Yet the media is ignoring the students’ disgraceful behavior, while the teacher literally got charged with making terrorist threats.

That is messed up.

We have seen this again and again. Former Marine Daniel Penny is being prosecuted by Alvin Bragg after he placed Jordan Neely, a mentally ill subway rider, into a fatal chokehold. Bragg allows violent criminals to roam free, but Penny is the exception.

Of course the killing of Neely was a tragic incident, it is devastating, and I do not want to minimize such an unthinkable tragedy.

However it is at least plausible that Neely, who had a violent history, posed a threat to subway riders, and Penny may actually be a hero.

This week Elon Musk criticized leftist billionaire George Soros, who, among other things, has used his money to install woke DA’s (like Bragg) throughout the US, which has led to a surge in crime.

Musk was accused of antisemitism, the latest of many to be labeled such for criticizing the evil Soros.

This claim is absurd. It’s like saying that being critical of Kim Jong Un is anti-Asian, or disparaging El Chapo is anti-Hispanic.

Soros is evil. He also happens to be Jewish. Condemning him is not remotely antisemitic. Meanwhile, people like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, true antisemites, get a pass.

The bottom line is, if you are a leftist, you can be pure evil, and mainstream society will generally protect you. You can get away with being a bigot, and if someone calls you out, they will be banished and silenced. If you are a minority, you really hit the jackpot. The media will play the race card, accusing your critics of racism, to ensure they are canceled permanently.

On the flipside, David Schroeder, the school teacher who lashed out against hate (and perhaps went too far), or Elon Musk, who defends free speech in a way that is highly inconvenient to the woke left, get demonized and attacked for calling out the real bad guys.

It seems the only thing that matters is not right or wrong, but which team you are on. Whether you happen to be evil is a merely incidental detail which is completely ignored.

If society is going to function properly, that needs to quickly change.

You are ignoring one major fact. Students are children & teachers are educated professionals who are expected to act like adults. It’s “messed up” that an adult got “Triggered” by a Swastika.

The teacher threatened his students, saying he had a gun. There are not yet eyewitness reports that Neely threatened anybody.

And kids do loads of hateful stuff, often just to get a reaction. Isn’t it then the job of the adults to teach them better?
