The massive blaze, which began just before 1 pm, destroyed the Farkas Talleisim factory.

Amazingly, as his factory was engulfed in flames in the background, Mr. Meir Duvid Farkas, is seen on video calmly sharing a d’var Torah from Rabi Nachman of Breslov, about the equanimity one should have when viewing difficult situations.

“When one knows that all things are done by Hashem and are for the best, he lives a life that’s like Olam Haba, because he knows nothing is by mistake,” Mr. Farkas said. “But when one forgets, then his life is like Gehinnom.”

Fire Departments from multiple local surrounding towns dispatched units to fight the three alarm fire.

A Tallis worn in shul by mispalilim means that they are davening shachris or it is yom Kippur. The message I take from this incident is that our shachris in shuls is too fast and on Yom Kippur people are not crying. How can one not cry on Yom Kippur when one is begging for life. Granted it’s hard to cry but the half hour or so that it takes to come to tears with the right thoughts is well worth it on such a special day. If one didn’t do so, there is a make up day, hoshana raba, the day that is the real chasima of Yom Kippur. B’HATZLACHA
