He’s clearly referring to his serving as VP to the first black President and his current (half) black woman VP. This is one of his clearer moments.
Not saying he knows whats he is talking about. However in this case what he is saying is AND LISTEN first black vice president and served with first black president (osama). Anyhow the rest of the things he says is wack.

We are not supposed to be part of the mob yelling that he is senile. It is simply not in our interest. Replacing him with a younger candidate from his party is dangerous for Eretz Yisroel and not good for the Jews.
Can this be true? A bumbling demented president, a stupid, vapid veep who won on color and can be president by this afternoon.
Even though I very much want Trump to win as I have tremendous hakarat hatov to him for his help to the Jewish people, I must say that it is refreshing to see the sheker (that Biden is “sharp as a tack”) come out into the open.
