You say “exchange of prisoners”. You equate our innocent hostages with murderous prisoners.

Its not called “suffering” when its self induced. There is no “suffering” on “both” sides. All mature adult palestinains are complict and responsible for the deaths and havoc in their community. They all danced and cheered on Oct 7. “Innocent” drs and imams, UNRWA perosnnnel etc all hid hostages or were part of Al Shifa network. When their kids are killed because of that or because they hid weapons under their beds it becomes their own doing. Your argument is anlagous to the boy who cried wolf and then died from the wolf. Its self inflicted. To be fair you may be correct that on the Israeli side the best path forward is a peace and fortifying borders. You can’t fight forever. But there should be no pity on Palestinains. May all Palestinains “suffer” and perish from cancer and ALS

I nnoticed a comment form Charlie where he asks what would israel do different if not for the USA? And don’t they need the USA? Let me rephrase it so you understand. lets make believe this was the Trump adminsitartion offering unconditional support. We’d be sending all the wepaons they need and never withholding anyhting and under no conditons. Furthermore, remeber when it took two months to go into Rafah and Biden tried to stop Bibi? Well under Trump we’d go in in a day cacth them by surprsie and our hands wouldn’t be tied. Then throw in all the times Isarel held fire not to kill civillans at a cost to its own. That would be gone too under Trump. if you care about saving jewish lives and your own brothers vote trump. The time for never again is now

American meddling in “Israeli security” has led to scored of Jewish deaths over the past three decades. I pray that, if the Israeli leadership is too weak-willed to push back against American intervention, that at least Hamas has the backbone to save us from America.
