In a just-released interview with VIN podcast host Elliot Resnick, former MK Moshe Feiglin said Israel could have secured the release of its hostages in Gaza almost immediately by cutting off all electricity and gas to the Gaza Strip. Hamas’s tunnel network relies on a ventilation system, he said, that needs electricity or gas to function.

According to Feiglin, Israel should have told the terrorists: “If you want to breathe, you better come out, and if you want to come out and stay alive and not be thrown…to the pigs to eat you – so you won’t get even the 70 virgins [in heaven]… – you better come out with the hostages. If you don’t have at least one hostage in your hand, this is what’s going to happen to you. You won’t be able to breathe inside and you’ll be thrown to the pigs outside.”
Muslims consider pigs to be impure and reportedly believe that burial in pig skin prevents them from ascending to heaven.
In the interview, Feiglin also argued that psychological – rather than military or tactical – factors explain why Israel is still fighting in Gaza 10 months after October 7, 2023.
“Let’s not forget,” he said, “that the Gaza Strip – with another little piece called the Sinai Desert and another tiny piece that [is] called Judea and Samaria…and a little, little tiny piece called the Golan Heights – was taken in six days [in 1967] when the Israeli army was a quarter of its size of today and dealt with real armies against it with airplanes and tanks…. So whoever tells you that we could not [have] won this war in approximately the same amount of time is lying.”
Feiglin heads the Zehut party, which he said is excellently positioned for Israel’s next elections (scheduled to take place in 2026). “Reality is making our campaign right now,” he said. Ultimately, he wants Zehut “to replace Likud, lead the national camp and, at the end, lead the state of Israel.”

While even some Jewish people might think this is to radical IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH THOSE DEMONS
If only you would be brave enough to do it
who is he?
Israel couldn’t have shut off water and electricity in the tunnels because the hostages were being held there. They would have died, chas v’sholom.
with all due respects to Feiglin, the Hamas terror group have back up generators to keep the tunnels working.
But we should have been much tougher on Hamas, that is true!
Than you for publishing every stupid idea that comes out of a yutz’ mouth.
The problem is that you are not fighting conventional war you are fighting terrorist state holding hostages the goy media keeps using hostages against u while they says you kill the babies of the Palestinian terrorist. How can a baby be a terrorist they say but they say we have their hostages the terrorists prisoners are hostages it’s weird
Israel produces absolutely nothing. They are completely relying on the outside world for anything. The only thing they produce are non-tangible tech things for export. The world if they wanted to could bring Israel to its knees in a week.
