Kamala Harris Faces Struggles with Union Voters Ahead of 2024 Election

21

Washington D.C (VINnews)-Kamala Harris is reportedly on track to face significant challenges with union voters in the upcoming election, potentially marking one of the worst performances by a Democrat in a generation with this key voting bloc. Historically, Democrats have maintained strong support from unionized workers, but Harris’s approval has faltered, sparking concerns within her party. The shift could indicate a broader dissatisfaction with the administration’s policies or a more complex shift in political dynamics among working-class voters.

Union voters, particularly in battleground states, have traditionally been a reliable base for Democratic candidates, making this erosion of support especially worrisome for Harris and the party’s prospects in 2024. Analysts are closely watching the situation, as it may signal deeper issues in the party’s ability to connect with the needs and concerns of this critical voter group, many of whom feel left behind in a rapidly changing economy.

Like the African-American vote, which votes Dem 90 – 10 every election but is always reportedly THIS TIME voting more Republican (and never meaningfully happens in reality), the union vote is always 60 – 40 Dem. It will again 60 – 40 Dem. These articles only serve to soothe Repub voters’ fears about Trump’s poor polling and campaigning. But perhaps we should raise the alarm, given recent polls showing Trump 4, 5, even 6 points behind, and Harris breaking 50%. If polls would show Trump leading by that margin, Dems would be raising a 5-alarm fire, pushing their people to improve the campaign by whatever means necessary. With us, its “ho hum, look a few union members and a few African Americans like Trump, lets carry on”.

the rank and file are tired of being lied to and ignored, They are not allowing the union bosses to lie saying that they ( the rank and file of the labor unions ) will support these unreliable candidates, especially those having no clear vision of how to help the country.
