NORTHERN ISRAEL (VINnews)-The Home Front Command has issued updated safety guidelines for various regions in northern Israel, effective from October 1st at 14:00 until October 5th at 20:00. These measures are in response to current security assessments and are designed to protect residents in areas closest to potential threats.

Northern and Upper Galilee, Golan Heights, and Surrounding Areas:
This includes towns such as Nahariya, Ma’alot, Tzfat, Rosh Pina, Hatzor HaGlilit, Kiryat Shmona, and their surroundings.
Educational Activities: All educational activities are prohibited in open areas.
Workplaces: Businesses may operate provided they have immediate access to protected spaces.
Gatherings and Services: Gatherings of up to 150 people are permitted, provided they are held in locations near protected spaces.
Western and Eastern Galilee, Karmiel, Acre, Tiberias, and Surrounding Areas:
This zone includes Shlomi, Afula, Megiddo, Beit She’an, and the surrounding towns.
Educational Activities: No educational activities are allowed in open areas.
Workplaces: Workplaces in buildings with protected spaces may operate without restrictions.
Gatherings and Services: Gatherings of up to 300 people are allowed in areas close to protection spaces.
Haifa, Hadera, and Surrounding Areas:
This region covers cities like Zichron Ya’akov, Or Akiva, Caesarea, Yokneam, and Nazareth.
Educational Activities: Educational activities are allowed without any restrictions.
Workplaces: Businesses can operate freely, with no restrictions in place.
Gatherings and Services: Gatherings of up to 1,000 people are permitted without restrictions.
Rest of the Country:
In other regions of Israel, all activities can continue without any specific restrictions.
Educational Activities: Unrestricted.
Workplaces: No operational limitations.
Gatherings and Services: No limitations on the size of gatherings.
