Boca Raton Florida (VINnews)-Yesterday in Boca Raton, FL at Florida Atlantic University, Senator Rick Scott hosted a campaign event “Floridians Against Antisemitism” to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the October 7th attacks. This was the second gathering of the newly formed “Floridians Against Antisemitism”, a coalition formed by Senator Rick Scott to bring Jews and non-Jews together to combat the rise of Antisemitism.

Senator Scott was joined by Florida State Rep. Randy Fine, Florida State Rep. Mike Caruso, Florida State Rep.Peggy Gossett-Seidman, Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, Barbara Feingold, Linda Stoch, former Republican Congressional Candidate Bryan Leib, and many local business leaders.

On X, Senator Scott said “Florida stands FIRMLY against antisemitism. On the anniversary of #Oct7, It was my honor to host leaders for a roundtable discussion at
Florida Atlantic University on the importance of supporting our Jewish community”

Bryan Leib, who also attended the event, told Vin News that “Senator Scott’s support for the Jewish community in Florida and the State of Israel is unwavering on all levels. The Jewish community in Florida is very grateful that the Senator has always stood tall in supporting the Jewish community and the State of Israel.
