The following resources have been mobilized across Florida:
- Over 1 million gallons of gasoline delivered statewide, with additional reserves ready for post-storm needs.
- 50,000+ linemen stationed for power restoration.
- Debris removal totaling 55,000 cubic yards completed on Barrier Islands in key counties.
- Generators provided to emergency shelters.
- Starlink internet activated throughout the state.
- The Department of Transportation positioned 156 bridge inspectors, 1,500 pieces of equipment, and personnel to address infrastructure repairs.
- Law enforcement bolstered by 500 officers from other states, with 2,000 Florida Highway Patrol troopers on duty.
- 26 search-and-rescue teams, 6,000 Florida National Guardsmen, and nearly 200 State Guard soldiers with rescue capabilities deployed.
- Over 11,000 feet of flood barriers erected around critical infrastructure.
The measures reflect Florida’s commitment to rapid response and recovery as Milton approaches.
