WASHINGTON D.C (VINnews)-President Donald Trump has nominated Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a prominent critic of Dr. Anthony Fauci, to lead the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Bhattacharya, a professor of medicine at Stanford University, has been an outspoken figure during the COVID-19 pandemic, advocating for less restrictive public health measures and challenging mainstream approaches to managing the virus.

This nomination follows Bhattacharya’s recent meeting with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., where he reportedly impressed the presidential candidate with his vision to overhaul the NIH. His proposals include pushing for greater innovation in research funding and reducing the influence of long-serving career officials who, according to him, have hindered progress within the agency.
Bhattacharya’s approach signals a potential shift in how the NIH operates, moving away from established leadership structures to prioritize new scientific voices. This nomination is seen as a continuation of Trump’s efforts to challenge the public health establishment, following his ongoing criticism of the federal response to the pandemic.
Let us never forget it was Cuomo and dumbo diblasio who openly showed their antisemitism in how they created “zones” which “were dangerously high” for Covid. Always frum Jewish areas were considered terrible high in Covid diagnosis. Churches were permitted full in-house attendance but shuls were not. They both flaunted their power horrendously. All of course against the Jews. Remember this please if either of them ever run again. Please do NOT ever vote either of them into office.
May he be the right Shliach!
BH! BH! BH!
A massive step in the right direction. I’ve heard his lectures on medicine and public health policy and this is the type of person that was indeed needed during the pandemic.
This is the same guy who called for developing herd immunity by letting covid spread. Very willing to write-off the elderly and those at high risk. And herd immunity doesn’t work well with infections in which immunity wanes (like a bunch of coronaviruses).
The answer to controversial policies like masking & distancing is not “let ’em die.”
