NEW YORK CITY NY (VINnews)-John Morgan, a prominent Democratic mega donor, recently made headlines with controversial remarks about Kamala Harris and President-elect Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump. During an interview, Morgan didn’t mince words when discussing his frustration with Harris’ performance and the Democratic Party’s strategy.

In a striking comparison, Morgan stated, “Barron Trump, who looks like a runway model, was telling his father you need to go on podcasts,” implying that the 17-year-old had a better grasp on modern political engagement than the vice president and her team. This was seen as a jab at Harris’ perceived struggles in connecting with younger audiences and navigating public relations effectively.
Morgan, who has a history of both supporting and critiquing various political figures within the Democratic Party, went further by suggesting that Harris should step aside. “She should go away and never come back,” he bluntly stated, indicating his belief that Harris has been a liability for the party.
Sorry your party is the problem she is only endemic of it failures
harris should run again in 2028 to ensure a gop victory
He’s just a big mouth. Kamala’s failure is partially his fault too.
Her word salads are indicative of her being snowed most of the time; probably alcohol or weed (the only other possibility is that she is just very stupid, like in the 84 to 89 range, and that’s unlikely). She is also viscerally disliked by many, as in “yechly”, perhaps because of her lying, her smugness, her phoniness (as demonstrated by her cackle [à là Tucker Carlson’s phony laugh, and dumb eyes], and her habit of speaking English with the exaggerated local acćcent.
The remark about looking like a runway model is…. strange.
In what way are his remarks controversial?
it doesn’t take a political genius to point out that both the substance and the marketing were wrong. kamala wasn’t nominated for her political prowess, having won zero primaries, or for her clear policy statements, but for identity politics. and her campaign consisted of hiding from reporters and potentially difficult questions, presumably because her handlers expected trump to crater. her main selling feature was that she wasn’t trump. whoopee.
there’s an ancient tradition in politics called “blamestorming”.
I will get alot of hate for this but Ill say the man has a point. Trump didn’t win because of his policy. He won because he is a good marketer. Obama could have beat Trump. As a frum jew I am happy trump won. But its not because the man is so great in every issue
