CALFORNIA – California Governor Gavin Newsom faced a tense confrontation on Thursday with a Pacific Palisades resident, Rachel Dervish, whose neighborhood was devastated by the ongoing wildfires. Dervish, visibly distraught, approached Newsom as he toured the fire-ravaged area, questioning him about what actions he was taking to help the community and address the widespread destruction.

In the heated exchange, Dervish demanded answers, accusing Newsom of mishandling the crisis and questioning why fire hydrants had run dry, leaving firefighters struggling to control the blazes. Newsom, holding up his phone, claimed he was trying to call President Biden to organize federal assistance but was unable to get a signal. Dervish, unconvinced, challenged him to prove it.

The governor’s response, expressing regret for the losses and vowing to do “everything” he could, was met with skepticism from Dervish, who criticized him for not following through with promised actions. Newsom, who later retreated to his car to continue his call, was also criticized for his handling of water resources, with Trump and local leaders accusing him of mismanagement.

As the fires continue to devastate nearly 30,000 acres of Southern California, Newsom has faced increasing criticism for his role in the ongoing disaster. With homes, schools, and churches destroyed, residents like Dervish are calling for immediate action and accountability.

If you actually watch the video , you will see that Governor Newsom acts very presidential and is totally on top of the situation. He calmly answer a distraught lady who is asking for a ridiculous request that she overhear a call between Governor Newsom and President Biden.

What does this lady want ? That during the crisis , the Federal Government should being bags of money and give it out ?

If Trump was there , he would have kicked her to the ground and embarrassed her for even approaching him. Then he would have said what he always says that he is not responsible.
