Ms. Argamani, who was rescued from a Palestinian home in the Gaza Strip on June 8, 2024, shared videos recorded of her by the terrorists during eight months in the coastal enclave. She told stories of fellow hostages Itai Svirski, 38, and Yossi Sharabi, 53, who were killed in captivity.

Accompanied by relatives of hostage Omer Shem-Tov and the late Israeli American Omer Neutra, she spoke with Sen. Dave McCormick (R-Pa.) and Reps. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), Addison McDowell (R-N.C.) and August Pfluger (R-Texas).

During the meetings, Noa held a poster of her boyfriend, Avinatan Or, 31, who is still being held hostage by the terrorist group.

The legislators assured Ms. Argamani and the families of Shem-Tov and Neutra that rescuing the hostages remains a top priority, pledging their continued efforts to bring them home.

“These souls have suffered more at the hands of Hamas than anyone should ever have to suffer,” McCaul said in a statement. “My thoughts and prayers are with them every day.”

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, he continued, “has made clear there will be hell to pay if Hamas does not release the remaining hostages now—and I stand with him unequivocally. Every hostage must be returned home immediately and unconditionally.”
