JERUSALEM (VINnews) — The Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement Wednesday night accusing Hamas of trying to renege on the understandings that had already been agreed upon regarding the outline for the release of the hostages, with the ceasefire due to go into effect within 48 hours, subject to the Israeli cabinet’s approval.

According to the statement, Prime Minister Netanyahu held a conference call with the negotiating team in Doha, which informed him of last-minute attempts by the terror organization to retract the May 27 understandings regarding the identity of the terrorists who would be released.
Among other things, in contrast to an explicit clause that gives Israel the right to veto the release of mass murderers who are symbols of terror, Hamas demands that the identity of these terrorists be dictated by them. The prime minister instructed the negotiating team to stand by the understandings that had been agreed upon, and to reject out of hand Hamas’s last-minute extortion attempts.
The Prime Minister’s Office also stressed that Israel’s cabinet will not convene until mediators confirm Hamas has accepted all elements of the original deal. In the meantime negotiators are scrambling to solve the last-minute snag and allow the deal to take place according to the original timetable. Hamas has denied that it had changed any of the clauses in the ceasefire deal.
According to the outline that has already been agreed, Israel will release 30 terrorists for every Israeli hostage who was released, and 50 terrorists for every female soldier. Among the terrorists who will be released will be minors under the age of 19 who were arrested after October, according to foreign media reports. If all goes as planned, Israel’s Justice Ministry will publish within the next day the list of prisoners slated for release, allowing time for potential Supreme Court appeals against the releases.
Bereaved families and families of hostages not slated to be released held a vigil against the ceasefire deal outside the government offices in Jerusale. The families called on Israel not to sign a “surrender agreement” which will endanger the country’s security as well as the remaining hostages, and instead to pursue a total victory over Hamas.
Simple any DEAL with terorists is no good, you can’t have DEALS with terorists, as much would like to see all hostages home , this isn’t good, also sort of disappointed with Trump pressuring Israel just for the sake of having a deal for Jan 20 , still looking forward to his leadership
Gas up the bulldozers and level Gaza. The only answer.
Shocking. The terrorists changing their demands and wanting more prisoners freed, before returning the dead hostages.
Well , not surprised at all . Because if indeed those Hamas YMS had been murdering most of the hostages, thus only HEAVEN knows how many ( if any ) still ALIVE: SURPRISE surprise!
First they were demanding a deal at all costs. Now that it doesn’t benefit them directly they are singing a different tune. “Bereaved families and families of hostages not slated to be released held a vigil against the ceasefire deal outside the government offices in Jerusalem. The families called on Israel not to sign a “surrender agreement” which will endanger the country’s security”
Hamas/Palestinians are evil and care nothing about their own being killed. They care nothing about peace. All they care is about killing Jews. It is high time for all Torah observant Jews to come to their senses that Moshicah is our only solution. The promise by ashiest jews like Herzl,Ben-Gurion and their ilks that a Jewish state will be our savior is completely false.Because העברת פי השם אין בה הצלחה

If there is a deal, albeit wholly an unfair one to Israel, let not a single terrorist be released until Hamas delivers on the terms of the deal. Why are they being trusted? They have proven that they are not to be trusted.
Orna Neutra was asked this morning about the high price Israel pays for the Gaza deal, releasing terrorists with blood on their hands. She replied, it is a very high price, but we [are a society that] care and stick for each other.
Well it was approved just now. I think satmar and neturei karta are right. The Zionist are all no good.
