Washington, D.C. – President Donald Trump reaffirmed his controversial proposal for the United States to assume control of the Gaza Strip once the war ends, insisting that no American troops would be required to maintain order.

In a post on Truth Social on Thursday, Trump wrote, “The Gaza Strip would be turned over to the United States by Israel at the conclusion of fighting.” He further claimed that Palestinians, including “people like Chuck Schumer,” would be resettled in “far safer and more beautiful communities, with new and modern homes, in the region.”

Trump envisioned a large-scale redevelopment effort, stating that “the US, working with great development teams from all over the World, would slowly and carefully begin the construction of what would become one of the greatest and most spectacular developments of its kind on Earth.” He insisted that “No soldiers by the US would be needed! Stability for the region would reign!!!”

The remarks come after Trump’s initial declaration earlier this week that the U.S. would “take over” and “own” the Gaza Strip in the long term, a statement that sparked outrage across the Middle East and beyond. Critics have pointed out that Trump has not clarified under what authority the U.S. could assume control of the territory or forcibly relocate its Palestinian residents.

The plan has been met with fierce opposition from Arab leaders, human rights organizations, and even some of Trump’s domestic allies. Democratic and Republican lawmakers alike have questioned the feasibility and legality of such a move, with Senator Rand Paul criticizing it as “yet another occupation” that contradicts Trump’s “America First” philosophy.

Meanwhile, Israeli officials have cautiously welcomed the idea, with Defense Minister Israel Katz ordering the military to develop a plan allowing Gazans to “voluntarily” leave. However, no specific details have been provided on how such an arrangement would be implemented.

Trump’s proposal also comes as Israel and Hamas engage in ongoing negotiations regarding a ceasefire and hostage exchanges, with uncertainty remaining over the long-term governance of Gaza.

I may be the biggest supporter of Trump however, the only time I might beg to differ with Trump:
Is this particular issue of :
    ” AFTER fights END “:
    President Trump !
Israel has JUST done some ACHES taking DEALS with Hamas,
and BASICALLY there’s NOTHING else to be done regarding Gaza .( as you President Trump aware of)
Thus , please do this most brilliant move : today !,
As CHAZAL say : ” If not now , then when “.

I think it was Jimmy Carter who offered Menachem Begin to have Israel surrender sovereignty of the ENTIRE Israel to become a 51st state of America. The offer was politely rejected as the entire rational of having a medina (from a Zionist perspective) was to not be dependent on the mercy of goyim for protection. Giving away your country to another is nationalistic suicide. And even giving away a part of your country should be avoided if possible. It was a mistake for Sharon to abandone Gaza To the arabs. And in the Historical sense, it might also be a mistake to abandone Gaza to America.

At the time Pompei was invited to “help” bring calm to Israel from the civil war between the Chashmonayim brothers Hyrkanus vs. Aristobulus, doing that also then seemed like a good idea to some . But giving over authority of your own country to a imperial power is wheting their appetitie to take over your entire country. You can only hope that Trump, or some later president even decades later, will not then attempt to annex the entire state of Israel as an American territory. This present suggestion of Israel giving away Gaza to America might seem like an improvement, but one should not be hasty.
