WASHINGTON D.C (VINnews)-The Trump administration just pulled the Associated Press’s special access, booting them from the Oval Office and Air Force One press spaces.

The White House clapped back at AP’s reporting, saying the 1st Amendment lets them “lie” about the “Gulf of Mexico,” but it “does not guarantee their privilege of unfettered access to limited spaces.”

AP still has White House complex credentials—but their front-row seat? Gone.

Jamie Raskin had a melt down over the AP ban as well.

Basically, the WH has a method of controlling the media. Their move may be legal, but is certainly not in the spirit of the First Amendment. They don’t believe in the constitution, they use it for their purposes.
