The latest incident involved a Delta flight bound for South Carolina, which was forced to return to Atlanta after a mysterious “haze” filled the cabin, prompting an emergency evacuation of 99 passengers and crew using slides.

Video footage captured the chaotic scene, showing passengers covering their noses in the smoky cabin, a far cry from the relaxing in-flight experience they had anticipated. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

This incident follows two other alarming events in recent days:

On Saturday, a Delta flight to Australia was forced to return to L.A. due to onboard smoke.

Just days earlier, another Delta plane flipped over and caught fire after landing in Toronto.

The FAA is currently investigating these incidents, and Delta is facing increasing pressure to address the growing safety concerns. While no injuries have been reported, the sheer number of incidents in such a short timeframe is raising eyebrows and prompting questions about the airline’s safety procedures.
