NEW JERSEY – A school bus carrying students from Lakewood overturned on the Garden State Parkway near exit 172 on Monday evening, leaving one person seriously injured and trapped beneath the vehicle, according to reports.

The bus was transporting students from Lakewood to New York for a Sheva Brachos celebration when the crash occurred shortly before 8:00 PM. Emergency responders rushed to the scene to free the trapped individual, while others on board sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
