ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. — A fatal crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway on Monday evening claimed the life of Yeshaya (Shuki) Roth, a 30-year-old Flatbush resident who was formerly from Bnei Brak.

The accident occurred Monday around 5:45 p.m. near Exit 1, close to the George Washington Bridge, as Roth was traveling toward Monsey, according to reports.
Emergency responders, including Hatzalah volunteers, arrived at the scene and transported Roth to Hackensack Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the Fatal Accident Task Force is assisting the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department in the ongoing investigation.
Roth is survived by his wife.
Authorities have not yet released additional details about the crash.
