  • Mahmoud Abu Watfa – Director General of Hamas’s Interior Ministry.
  • Abu Ubaida Muhammad Al-Jamassi – Member of Hamas’s political bureau.
  • Issam Al-Da’alis – Member of Hamas’s political bureau.
  • Bahjat Abu Sultan – Head of Hamas’s Internal Security apparatus.
  • Abu Omar Al-Khata – Director General of Hamas’s Justice Ministry.

As reported, the IDF resumed fighting in Gaza overnight after Hamas maintained its refusal to continue the ceasefire agreement.

According to Doron Kadosh on Galei Tzahal (IDF Radio), the IDF is targeting senior members of Hamas’s political wing and mid-level Hamas commanders.

The decision to resume fighting came after intelligence reports revealed that Hamas has increased its readiness in recent weeks to carry out attacks on Israeli territory, rebuild its strength, and rearm.

The IDF announced that the operation against Hamas has been named “The Courage and the Sword” (Oz Va’Herev).

In the meantime, the IDF spokesperson in Arabic has issued an evacuation warning on the IDF’s official X account, calling on all residents of Gaza located in the areas of Beit Hanoun, Khirbat Khuza’a, Abasan al-Kabira, and al-Jadida to move to recognized shelters in western Gaza City and Khan Yunis.

The evacuation covers the areas near the Israeli border, highlighting the depth of the security perimeter Israel is establishing around Gaza.

“These specific areas are considered dangerous combat zones. For your safety, you must immediately evacuate to recognized shelters in western Gaza City and Khan Yunis,” the statement read.
