“Harvard should be a place where students go to learn and the best research gets done,” Ackman said in a statement posted on social media. “Free speech is not happening at Harvard.”

Ackman also questioned the university’s nonprofit status, suggesting the institution no longer meets the standards that justify such classification. He further claimed that Harvard’s endowment is “massively overstated in terms of what it’s really worth.”

“It’s time for a change in leadership in the board at Harvard,” he added.

Ackman, a Harvard alumnus and longtime critic of the school’s administration, has increasingly voiced concerns over what he views as a lack of ideological diversity and transparency at the Ivy League institution.

Harvard officials have not yet responded publicly to Ackman’s latest comments.

Harvard Corp. has been a lucrative tax sheltered investment for donors with many notorius incentive kickbacks that has provided good RoI. They’re sheer arrogance should offend anyone US taxpayer.

Harvard is clearly in violation of its Tax free status under 501(c)(3).
