NEW YORK – Jeff Bezos caused a stir in Manhattan after closing part of Fifth Avenue to hoist a massive piece of furniture into his $119 million penthouse at 212 Fifth Ave.

A viral TikTok video shows a crane lifting the wrapped item to the top floors of the 24-story NoMad building, as workers, barricades, and moving trucks filled the intersection at 26th Street.
The Amazon founder, worth $223 billion, owns five units in the luxury building. Some speculated the delivery was a hot tub or grand piano. Large crane moves like this can cost over $20,000 a day and require city permits.
“Amazon Prime, billionaire edition,” one viewer joked.

I fargin him all the cranes and blocking off streets his money can buy. As long as he does it on Shabbos and not when I need to drive.
So what? He can, he does. AUF ALLEH YIDDEN GEZUGT
Delivered by Amazon Crane
Aslong you pay for it and have all the permits the city will shut down any street
Very thoughtful
He doesn’t want anyone hurt, no lawsuit against him
the are benefits to being rich…
It’s great how the comments are basically all positive!
I don’t envy anyone rich. Happy if they’re happy but that’s not a good quality life. Nothing beats the sun, people, and the outdoors. Nothing.
Crane made in china might malfunction.
He can post the crane bond no problem
On Shabbos??? It was probably his golden shtriemel being delivered. The one with those funny standing hairs protruding from the top and it is supposedly equipped with a ventilator and brain massager…..
WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO LIVED IN NEW YORK. IT COLDDDDD,RAIN ALOT, TOO MANY PEOPLE,OLD STREET AND STRUCTURES,SMELL OF SEWAGE AND RATS RUNNING AROUND
In Williamsburg its done on a daily basis
Amusing.
