“I took several things away from it,” Hume said during a post-interview segment. “One of them is that, from everything he said, it becomes clear that the United States, by what it has done and by what the Trump administration has elected not to do, is an integral part of this.”

Hume pointed to Netanyahu’s repeated efforts to align himself with U.S. interests and President Donald Trump, describing it as a deliberate move to reinforce shared strategic goals. “You saw how closely he tried throughout the interview, Bret, to align himself with the U.S. and with President Trump,” he said.

The veteran commentator also highlighted Netanyahu’s rhetorical framing of the conflict. “Secondly, you saw how he tried to frame this, in the perfect English which we’ve come to expect from him, as a fight between good and evil,” Hume said. “That is obviously the case he’d like to make to the world and to the people of the United States and the Mideast as well.”

Incredible that Bret is mentioning that Bibi see this conflict as a battle between good and evil. What on earth else is this if not a war of sheer evilly?
