WASHINGTON – In a cryptic but pointed statement, Israeli Ambassador Yechiel (Michael) Leiter revealed in an interview with journalist Lyndsay Keith that Israel is planning a major escalation in its operations against Iran — one that, in his words, will make the Mossad’s famous Hezbollah pager infiltration “look simple.”

“Expect a surprise later this week,” Leiter said, without elaborating on timing or targets. “Let’s just say the world will understand how serious we are about stopping Iran’s capabilities — and not just in Gaza or southern Lebanon.”
The reference to the Mossad’s legendary pager operation — where Israeli intelligence hacked into Hezbollah’s communications network in the early 2000s — suggests that Israel may be preparing for a sophisticated cyber, intelligence, or covert military strike deep inside hostile territory.

It’s no longer a surprise, one you talk
Does nobody actually watch the clips, and all the stupid media just cooy each other’s mistakes?
He was talking about the surprises LAST Thursday and Friday, and he said that when the dist clears they’ll see how huge those were. He was not talking about the future.
Why would you say that in the open before it happens ? It’s either dumb or bluster
May Hashem unleash an utterly destructive terror on the terrorist Persian regime, whether bechvodo ubeatzmo or using the Jewish Army as His tool. Whatever the One Blessed be He chooses.
