JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Israel’s Channel 11 Arab affairs correspondent Ehud Yaari reports that a serious internal rift has emerged at the top of the Hamas leadership regarding the group’s ongoing strategy in the Gaza Strip and its stance toward Israel,

According to the report, Hamas is divided over whether to stick to its current position, demanding a complete withdrawal of the IDF from Gaza in exchange for the release of hostages, preserving Hamas’ military capabilities, and transferring civil governance to an external party, or dramatically shift its policy and adapt to new realities.
Ehud Yaari reports that senior figures such as Khaled Mashal, Izzat al-Risheq, and Mousa Abu Marzouk are expressing a bold new stance, allegedly stating that “this game is no longer viable.”
These leaders are reportedly open to the idea that Hamas could participate as a junior partner in a future governing framework in Gaza. As part of this shift, they would agree to dismantle Hamas’ military wing, in return for incorporating some of its fighters into a future security or defense force to be established in Gaza.
Another Hamas senior official, Dr. Mohammad al-Madhoun, paints a grim picture of the situation in Gaza. He says Palestinian society there has “completely collapsed,” describing a state of anarchy, with rising crime, looting, and inter-clan violence.
Al-Madhoun openly admits that Hamas “does not know how to solve this issue,” and proposes forming a committee of local mayors and prominent figures to deal with the crisis.
Despite acknowledging the collapse of society in Gaza, Yaari notes that al-Madhoun still stops short of saying that control of the Strip should be handed over to external elements.

When Hamas “agrees” to a ceasefire, it means only one thing. They’ve run out of ammunition and other killing mechanisms. They need some peace of mind to restock, reload, recruit, in order to go murder more innocent civilian Jews.
What a dumb idea! If Israel falls for this, their just fueling the next generation of jihad.
First of all, every Jew in Iran should be allowed to leave immediately.
Second , all hostages in Gaza must be returned quickly.
Third, Iran must pay the families who lost loved ones on Oct. 74th, pay families of soldiers who lost their lives in Gaza, pay families of victims of Iranian missile attacks.
Iranian commander must come to the UN and apologize to the world for what they did and the terrorism they spread in the Middle East and around the world.
Any Iranian government official must give up their mansions, bank accounts and citizen status in Iran.
