Authorities discovered a vehicle with Nevada plates registered to Tamura near the scene, along with a rifle case, sources said.
Photos obtained by The Post show smears of blood on the assault rifle Tamura used during the attack.
The shooting occurred during the evening rush around 6:30 p.m. in the 44-story Midtown Manhattan office tower, which houses major tenants including Blackstone and the NFL headquarters.
Tamura’s attack left five dead—including the NYPD officer—and six others seriously injured before the suspect turned the gun on himself.
This is a breaking story. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

He’s a former football player who didn’t make it to the NFL. NFL offices are in that building.
Now, had there been police presence all over he would gave been spotted trotting through the square openly holding the gun. But not enough police. And if we don’t do something, mamdani will become mayor and get rid of more police so that every Tom dick and Ibrahim can do the same .
It’s always the Black Japanese guy!
What’s new? Just another violent shartze that can’t control his temper.
