ASPEN, Colo. — Jewish billionaires Lynda and Stewart Resnick have listed their 74-acre Aspen estate, Little Lake Lodge, for $300 million, potentially setting a new record for the most expensive home sale in the U.S.

The 27,426-square-foot property features 18 bedrooms, 20 full bathrooms, a private lake, miles of trails, and an 80-foot infinity pool, all just a mile from downtown Aspen. Designed by architect Peter Dominick, the home blends alpine charm with luxury.
The Resnicks, with a combined net worth of $12.6 billion, co-own the Wonderful Company, known for FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, and Teleflora. They built the estate in the early 1990s but are selling it after completing a new California residence, citing the difficulty of maintaining three properties.
The couple is also well known in Israel for their philanthropic contributions, including major donations to the Technion, Reichman University in Herzliya, the National Library in Jerusalem, and numerous other institutions.
