Miller accused U.S. District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan of standing in the way of family reunification, calling the ruling “cruel and politically motivated.”
“These smuggled migrant children were orphaned in America by the Biden Administration,” Miller said in a statement. “The minors have all self-reported that their parents are back home in Guatemala. But a Democrat judge is refusing to let them reunify with their parents.”
Miller said the Guatemalan government had formally requested the children’s return and warned that “tens of thousands more smuggled minors” remain stranded in the United States due to Biden-era policies.
Judge Sooknanan, an appointee of Joe Biden, issued an injunction halting the Trump administration’s plan pending further review.

deport liberal activist judges
Brooklyn Law grad who was made a full federal judge with lifetime tenure by “Biden” just 11 years after being admitted to the bar.
What more did you expect from a woman who’s name is Sparkle Sooknanan??.
Parents and children should be allowed to be together. It is better for child to be raised by biological parent than be in progressive America
these LIBS are trying to undermine the American legal citizens
DC court system should be disbanded.
Miller’s own Churban surviving family have DENOUNCED him and his fascist impulses.
Not long ago the entire europe celebrated when hitler made EU judenrein….. soon C”V if Nazi hate rises again the hispanics will remember how the jews responded in their difficult times…… No need to further elaborate. we as jews who also came in USA after WW2 illegally… at least most!!!!! The administration and Miller lie.
They have lied when deporting Americans in the past. They lie as easy as breathing.
Nobody should believe that their “families” requested all of them.
The poor children deserve a better future and a better chance to be somebody in America. Later on their parents should be allowed to come to America and join their children!
