ARUBA – Rabbi Ahron Blasberg, director of Chabad Aruba, visited Prime Minister Mike Eman this week to mark his reelection and the upcoming Jewish New Year.

During the meeting, Blasberg helped Eman don tefillin, recite Shema Yisroel, and blew the shofar in keeping with the Elul tradition. A new mezuzah was also affixed to the Prime Minister’s office.
Eman, whose mother is Jewish, has long expressed pride in his heritage and maintains close ties with Chabad in Aruba and abroad, including a visit to Chabad headquarters in New York.
Chabad Aruba, led by Rabbi Blasberg and his wife, provides religious services and programs for the island’s small Jewish community and visiting tourists.
Chabad and their shluchim are incredible. We all need to learn from them.
It’s amazing how in Yeshiva we were told that we are not allowed to learn ANYTHING from Chabad.

Today, I look around and I don’t know anyone in my Chaburah that doesn’t look for a real Geshmake Dvar Torah in the Likutei Sichos
The bottom line:
There is something that Lubavitch has that I see no others have, and it’s very impressive.
Chabad doesn’t care what others have to say, they keep on moving and doing. In Lakewood all you you hear is tzukveshtkeit, narrow minded and negative. Chabad, they are positive and proud and are simply changing the world. Literally.
