BROOKLYN – A Palestinian flag hanging for months inside a Brooklyn high school has upset Jewish teachers, who say their concerns have been ignored, the New York Post reported.

The flag, displayed at Leaders High School in Gravesend since the spring, prompted complaints from staff and parents who argue it violates Department of Education rules against political messaging in schools.
Moshe Spern, head of the United Jewish Teachers group, told the Post that educators repeatedly raised the issue with Principal Thomas Mullen but received no response. “For five months this flag has been a constant, political presence in the school’s hallways,” Spern said, adding that it has made Jewish staff and students feel uncomfortable.
According to the Post, Spern has called on both the city’s teachers union and the DOE to enforce neutrality in schools. The principal declined to comment, and the DOE did not respond to inquiries.

If Mamdani were to win c’v a BIG Palestinian flag will be on City Hall! Wake up Yidden!!!!

Why doesn’t someone just take it down?
Flag has NO place in school. Principle is poor choice of administrator.
This area in Brooklyn is primarily Asian and Russian the fact that that flag is allowed by the administration shows the cowardice of the administration. I’m sure if an American flag or Israeli flag was put by students it would be removed quicker then an ice cub melts
You can just imagine is a confederate flag would be mounted in a school in Brooklyn the school would be set alight Jews have no guts
Lawsuit
No hope for this school. Pull your Jewish students out and into Jewish school. If that not an option, then home school.
I believe a large ( stars and bars) Confederate Flag should greet these mamzers every morning.
Hamas Nazi Supporter Democrat Principal.
I say we follow the Palestinian way – just do whatever you want, burn the place down, and then cry that we are being persecuted.
